Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (food items), returns are only accepted under limited conditions.

Returns (Unopened Products Only)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the product:

  • is unopened

  • remains sealed in its original packaging

  • is in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Opened Products
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or unsealed for hygiene and safety reasons.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
